About the Business
We aim to provide an integrated, flexible service that fosters and promotes children's development from birth in line with the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage. These principles celebrate the importance of the unique child, promoting positive relationships, providing an enabling environment and learning and development.
Children will be able to interact with appropriately qualified, experienced adults and early years teachers in a safe, stimulating caring and loving environment. Children will be encouraged to progress at a pace that is right for them as individuals, taking account of any particular needs that they might have.
Focusing on children's interests, teachers work co-operatively with qualified staff, to plan provision from a child's viewpoint. We will seek to find out from children what it feels like to attend Fairfield Children's Centre.
