20 years of experience in our field has taught us that the best ideas and input often don't come from a "meeting room" We believe in listening to and involving our families, staff and those involved with us through our regulatory bodies in the running of our services.
This means that across the Great Western group of 5 nurseries and 5 out of school clubs we can be sure that not only do we operate to best practice standards, we also take parent and staff ideas into consideration in our decision making processes. Our training centre GW@EY not only provides an excellent support system in terms of delivering accredited qualifications to our staff but also provides advice, support and inspiration in our daily practice.
Together, this has helped us to shape an organisation which is open, friendly and supportive in which small dreams and ideas have been nurtured into strong principles and strategies.
