About the Business
We have a dedicated team of well motivated nursery nurses who work together to provide excellent play and learning opportunities for each individual child. All our staff are highly trained professionals holding nursery nurse qualifications and undertake continuous training. The nursery manager oversees the nursery and has overall responsibility for all staff and children. The Deputy manager works alongside the Manager assisting her in the day to day duties.
We have designated nursery supervisors, 2 special needs co-ordinators, a child protection officer, equal opportunities officer and a curriculum officer who all receive specialised training to enable them to carry out these roles. We have staff members who are working towards a degree level in childcare. We work closely with outside agencies to ensure that the highest standards are achieved and maintained within our setting.
